Superior And Douglas County Cleansweep Garbage Event Scheduled For June 14; Dispose Of Electronics, Appliances, Tires, Hazardous Waste, And More The Proper Way
If you have old appliances, electronics, tires, and more that you need to get rid of - your chance is coming Saturday, June 14 in Superior and other locations in Douglas County. It's a Cleansweep Event - with drop-off locations in Superior at the Head of the Lakes Fairgrounds and in Lake Nebagamon and Brule.
Here's what you can dispose of in Superior - from 10AM to 2PM:

- Electronics
- Medications
At the Lake Nebagamon location, staff will be available from 10AM to 12 Noon, collecting the following items:

- Appliances
In Brule at the Transfer Station, residents can come between 8AM to 12 Noon to drop off the following:
