It's one of the oldest in Wisconsin,  it's the fifty fourth annual Lake Nebagamon Fisherama on January 27th. Folks are already selecting their favorite spot on the lake and bringing out their ice houses, more each day.

For a little community, we do a lot of cool things during the Holiday season. One of my favorite is when Santa arrives via firetruck on Sunday the 23rd. Parents call the Village Hall and request Santa to stop at their home. Nobody knows when Santa will be at their house, so all evening, the children wait with great excitement for his arrival. Often times the parents are as excited as the children,

A few weeks a go I posted on The Bell Boys, and their gig at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. The boys are home for the Holidays, but before they return to Vegas for another gig at the Hard Rock, they will be are performing in Lake Nebagamon.

We always look forward to the tree lighting in Lake Nebagamon. What makes it so special is in addition to the tree lighting, there are so many other things that go along with it.

According to the Superior Telegram it's good news for folks like myself who live in Lake Nebagamon and the surrounding area. . Park and Ride is now available. Park and Ride is basically "car pooling", and if you don't mind riding with others while someone else drives, you're all set.

It happens every Holiday season. Credit card numbers are stolen by computer hackers. As of last week, over one hundred people in Lake Nebagamon and surrounding area  have been victimized so far, and the list is increasing each day.
