Nancy Pelosi’s Sequestration Concern: Her Paycheck And Her Dignity

It's good to see that Nancy Pelosi has her priorities straight. The House Minority Leader has harsh words for the upcoming sequestration dilemma, because - she wants her paycheck!
Speaking about a potential congressional pay cut, Pelosi shared the following:
"I don't think we should do it; I think we should respect the work we do," Pelosi told reporters in the Capitol. "I think it's necessary for us to have the dignity of the job that we have rewarded."
It appears that this is the classic case of "Not In My Backyard".
Pelosi - who along with her husband also own large parcels of real estate in California - has recently had her net worth estimated to be at least $35.5 million.
