Minnesota’s My Pillow Company Under Scrutiny From Better Business Bureau

The owner of Minnesota-based My Pillow Company is defending his marketing tactics following an F-rating from the Better Business Bureau and revocation of its accreditation.  Mike Lindell - the creator of My Pillow - says that he has done nothing wrong.

The BBB's problem comes with the claim Lindell makes during his omnipresent TV ads:  "Call now and I'll give you a second one, free".  At issue isn't the second pillow - customers are receiving them;  officials counter, though that anytime a buy-one-get-one offer runs continually, that becomes the actual price - negating the suggested "free" part of the offer.

The Chaska-based My Pillow Company was formed by Mike Lindell in 2004.  Lindell has made news in the time since by opening up about his prior life - battling drug addiction.
