According to AskMen.com, Women are welcoming the  launch of Lulu, an app that allows women to share reviews of the men in their lives, complete with suggested hashtags of good and bad qualities. Everyone loses with this app: the guys for obvious reasons, and the girls whose participation implicates them in what amounts to a dumb game.
