Duluth PD Look To Identify Individual From Downtown Shooting

A Tuesday evening shooting in downtown Duluth has left the Duluth Police Department looking to solve the case.  As part of their work, they're looking to identify the individual pictured in the surveillance photo that they're distributing on social media.
