Joan Osborne To Perform At Dylan Tribute Concert

Joan Osborne is currently on tour supporting her "Songs Of Bob Dylan" album and will celebrate Dylan Fest.

Osborne will perform her album at the Sacred Heart Music Center on May 23rd at 7:30 pm. She will be part of the week-long Birthday Party honoring Bob Dylan. The concert will be on the eve of the legendary singer's 78th Birthday. The show will also feature Coyote.

Joan Osborne is best known for her song "One Of Us" from her 1995 album Relish. She has been nominated for a Grammy many times over but has yet to win.

Tickets for the show go on sale April 4th at eventbrite.com, the Electric Fetus Duluth and Globe-News, Superior. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door.

The show will be interesting with the great intimate feeling of the Sacred Heart music center and performed with just a guitar accompanist

The show is part of the weeklong Dylan Celebration of the legendary star in his birthplace. Dylan’s Birthday is May 24, 1941.

Joan Osborne is the beginning of the three-day music fest at Sacred Heart Music Center honoring Dylan. Events include a songwriters contest on May 24 and the Duluth-based Bob Dylan Revue Band on May 25.
