George was my favorite Beatle for many reasons. His quietness, love of rockabilly,  wit, and his strong belief in a higher power which gave him inner peace. I'm thinking Scorsese will give us more than a glimpse of George the person, rather than George the Beatle.

As a songwriter, George Harrison was by far the most-underrated Beatle. And the proof is in the music. By writing classics like “Something,” “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” and “Here Comes the Sun,” Harrison earned respect from fans and critics alike. But the sitar-playing former Beatle was also known for his quiet, private life outside of the group. Director Martin Scorsese will shed some light on Harrison’s life in the HBO two-night special George Harrison: Living in the Material World, which now has a trailer.
