Jet, Paul McCartney, Rayman’s Song of the Day

Songwriters often say different things to different people  when asked about a songs title. Mick & Keith of the Stones are great for using that trick. I've heard a few different explanations as to how Paul came up with the title Jet. One was that he had a pet pony when he was a child, another was Jet was the name of one of his dogs. The version I most believe is that Paul & Linda were in Nigeria or thereabouts, and were unable to find suitable housing in the area. A businessman hearing of their trouble, came forward and offered the use  his home to Paul & Linda. His last name was Jet. I'll bet Paul is the only one who really knows.
