A road project to repair parts of south Tower Avenue starts today.  Work crews with the City of Superior will be working to perform concrete patch repairs to the southbound lanes of Tower Avenue between North 40th Street and North 46th Street.  In order to accommodate the workmen, traffic in that area will be reduced to one lane.

During the repair work, the right lane will be closed off to traffic and all southbound traffic will be shifted into the center lane.  This lane will have a maximum width of 12-feet.  Drivers are being forewarned to this lane change and the width change.

According to collateral information released by the City of Superior, concrete repair work in that area is anticipated to be complete by the end of the workday on Friday, September 14.  For more information and details, click here to visit the project page on the city's official website.
