Take A Flashlight Tour Of Glensheen

You must be 21 years old, but this may be a tour you want to take. Here's why.

Glensheen has a reputation of being haunted. In the KOOL survey a while back, people named it one of the most haunted in the Duluth Superior area. To take a flashlight leaves a little mystery to the building and may make for different energy.

Flashlight Tours at Glensheen means that all lights inside the mansion are turned off and a flashlight is your only light. Each group is accompanied by two guides who will illuminate pieces throughout the house, which allows you to appreciate our rare collection in a new way. Tours are offered on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. through March 16, 2019, and again, all participants on the tour must be 21 years or older.

Admission includes a branded Glensheen Flashlight Tour pint glass, complete with a sippy cup cover. The cover allows you to bring your glass and alcoholic beverage inside the mansion.

There is a cash bar with beer and wine available for purchase.

Sculpin beer by Ballast Point Brewing will be available for purchase. Although the drinks and darkness aren't the only things different about these tours.  The Carriage House Living Room will now be available on the tour, which features the only working fireplace on the estate.
