Propane Shortage Emergency Declared In Wisconsin

No one needs to tell those of us in the Northland that the thermometer hasn't reached (much) above zero in the last two weeks or so.  Those sub-zero temps are being cited as one of the causes of a propane shortage in Wisconsin, resulting in Governor Scott Walker issuing a state of emergency declaration.  The executive order will be in effect for the next 30 days - until January 28.

The action is aimed at making it easier for propane to be shipped and for customers to obtain it by easing certain regulations.
