New Years Holiday Brings Changes To Superior’s Garbage Schedule

The upcoming New Years holiday will bring changes to the garbage collection schedule for the City of Superior.  In observance of the holiday, the Public Works Department - as well as the Municipal Landfill - will be closed on Monday, January 1.

Garbage service will resume on Tuesday, January 2.  Homes that are scheduled for Monday pick-ups need to have their garbage dumpster at the usual location by 7:00 AM on Tuesday morning.  All others should have their canister out by 7:00 AM on the usual day.  The crews will work to catch up, however there may be delays.

The recycling pickup schedule will only be delayed by one day.
