Movies In The Park Promises Great Movies For Families
This year the movies were picked by the people that watch them and start soon, here's what to look forward to.
Here's the list for the Greater Downtown Council’s Movies in the Park series, presented by Carlson Orthodontics.
- July 12th - How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World PG
- July 19th - The LEGO Movie 2 PG
- July 26 - A Dog's Way Home PG
- August 2 - Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again PG13
- August 9 - Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse PG
- August 16 - Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald PG13
- August 23 - Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom PG13
- August 30 - Aquaman PG13
The Greater Downtown Council put the movies online for voting. Movies in the Park has been a mainstay for the past few years and is the perfect event for Leif Erickson Park. People are encouraged to bring a blanket and either bring snacks or you can buy some refreshments at the park.
Movies in the Park is in its 14th year overall and is held every Friday night during the summer. The movies come to life on a giant outdoor screen at Leif Erikson Park, overlooking the shores of Lake Superior.
