UPDATE 11:58 12/1/19

The portion of I-35 between Proctor and Scanlon that was closed Saturday night and Sunday morning has been reopened, but MNDOT is still advising against travel on this stretch of roadway and most roads across the state due to heavy snow.

MNDOT and WISDOT are reporting that area roads are still snow-covered and travel is not recommended.

If you're wondering what that looks like, former Duluth reported Jennifer Austin shared a video shortly after the road was reopened. Yes, it's open, but as MNDOT says, travel is not advised.
