The on-going process to get the I-35 Corridor in Duluth ready for next summer's kick off to the Twin Ports Interchange (Can of Worms) project continues.  Officials with the Minnesota Department of Transportation are alerting drivers about a series of ramp closures that will begin on Monday, December 30.

According to MNDOT, the southbound I-35 off-ramp to 27th Avenue West will close to traffic between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.  The closure is needed to allow work crews the ability to perform drilling and surveying work at the site in advance of the Twin Ports Interchange re-build.

While the ramp is closed, drivers are asked to proceed with caution on both sides of I-35, watching for the additional vehicles and people that may be on site during the work.
