Douglas County Highway L To Close November 8 For Track Repairs

Railroad track repairs will necessitate the closure of a part of Douglas County Highway L on Wednesday, November 8.  The closure will occur one mile west of County Highway E from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.  The highway department requests that drivers use an alternative route during the work.

The repairs are part of the work being performed in anticipation of the winter season.  As temperatures drop and the weather deteriorates, work crews will have to wait until spring to complete their necessary repairs.
