Courage Center’s Shoot For Fun Fundraiser Happens September 7
The Shoot For Fun fundraiser to benefit the Courage Center is happening Saturday, September 7 at the Old Vermilion Trail Hunting Preserve and Sporting Clays.
The event draws 450 avid hunting and sporting clay enthusiasts from across Northeastern Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin. Participants take part in a round of 50 point sporting clays and other fun shooting games like Flurries, 5-stand, Trap and Wobble Trap. There are prizes, silent auction and great food for everyone to enjoy.
The event was originally scheduled to take place back in April, but a late spring snow and ice storm demanded the change of plans.
