Bob Dylan’s Childhood Sink For Sale
Are you a rock music fan? Folk music fan? Northland history buff? Bob Dylan aficionado? If you answered yes to any of those items, this may just be what you're looking for. A collector has Bob Dylan's childhood home sink for sale on Ebay - and it could be yours; current/opening bid is only $4,000!
According to the description of the item, the sink's origin was Dylan's Hibbing home. Sometime in the late 1960's or early 1970's, a remodeling project sprung the sink from it's original bathroom home to the backyard. Later, the owners of Zimmy's Restaurant (well-recognized Dylan collectors) snapped it up. And now - it could be yours.
The successful bidder will not only get the sink, but also a "letter or provenance" from Angel and Terry Marolt - who owned the home at the time that the sink was removed form service. The bidder will also need to cough up $200 in shipping charges to get it delivered to them.
