Abby Wambach Weds Longtime Girlfriend, Both Pro Soccer Players

TMZ is reporting that USA and Pro Soccer player Abby Wambach married her longtime girlfriend Sarah Huffman this past weekend in Hawaii. Multiple sources confirm ... Abby and pro soccer player Sarah Huffman swapped "I dos" on Saturday at the Villas at Po'ipu Kai on the island of Kauai.

Not your typical ceremony, the wedding party spent days together climbing, hiking, tracking, biking, swimming, taking boat trips. The ceremony took place at sunset, on the beach, only with close friends and family attending. Abby and Sarah are currently teammates on the Western New York Flash, a professional club.

More and more gay and lesbian couples are getting married in legal states, the thing I like about this union is, since it was an alternative lifestyle wedding they decided to do it different. Rock climbing and stuff. Do it up!!

The other thing I liked it they made it small. They are both in the public eye, sometimes you need to get away from the famous thing. Having a day to remember, their way!!
