With the Holiday Season almost here, i thought I'd share a tradition I celebrate each Thanksgiving. Having a good bit of English blood in me, I tend to go for the plum pudding, blood pudding, cakes and so forth. However, and absolute must on Thanksgiving is mince pie.

Somewhere in my early years I developed a taste for meat pie. I still enjoy it to this day, and have several throughout the year. From there I graduated to mince pie. I get a pie once a year, and really enjoy it for Thanksgiving.

I realize I'm in the minority here, but to be honest, I'm really baffles me that more people don't enjoy it. I can't enjoy it several times a year, once is good for me.

Talking about  family traditions, do you have any? Maybe something special you eat or drink during the holiday season each year? If so, please let me know in the comment section of this post. Maybe I can find something new to try!
