On April 8th, as part of the construction of Phase 5 of the Lakewalk East Extension, the City of Duluth will be closing Congdon Boulevard north of 61st Avenue East.

The ink has permanently stained the roadway and will require the road to be repaved. See video of the crash site after the break.
