I was reading the Duluth News Tribune a few weeks ago and they had an article about a 15 year old girl who was singing in the area and was quite good. So I tracked her down on facebook and talked about her and her music and invited her to come in.

I have to admit I don't know everything about Charlie Musselwhite. I can say I have always been listening to him and never knew I was. I didn't know I was such a fan. When I was researching to talk to Charlie, I instantly went from fan to that of respect.

BB King passed away last night. To me he was one of the original guitarists. By that, I mean that he was old school, he didn't have someone ahead of him to do what he did, he didn't really have mentor, yet he was a mentor to many.

I love Hugh Laurie, I love House, and I love the blues. That being said, I had occasion to hear some of the tracks on "Let Them Talk." Not good, not bad, just sort of so- so.
