That's right, someone in the Badger State has won the third largest jackpot in US Lottery History.

According to powerball.com, the winning ticket for the $768 million dollar Powerball jackpot has been sold in Wisconsin. There are also some smaller winners, Kansas and Minnesota have 2 million dollar winners and multiple one million dollar winners.

This jackpot's winning numbers were 16, 20, 37, 44, 62 and a Powerball number of 12.

The odds of winning this round was about 292 million to 1. Which means you have a better chance of dating a celebrity or winning the Super Bowl. But Powerball says 1 in every 24.87 tickets wins a prize, starting at $4. Which could buy you more tickets.

If the winner chose the lump sum payout it would be $465.5 million. The last Powerball winner was announced in December when a ticket sold in New York won an estimated $298.3 million.

So if you can make it work for the lifestyle you are accustomed to, the Powerball resets to the sum of $40 million for Saturday's drawing.

According to the Powerball site, since this is the third largest, the largest was $1.586 billion Powerball jackpot in January 2016 shared by winners in California, Colorado, and Tennessee.

Second would be a woman from South Carolina who won $1.537 billion Mega Millions jackpot last October. In South Carolina, you can claim your prize without revealing your name.
