A new year often brings new or revised city ordinances.  2015 is no exception - with a multitude of new, revised, and updated ordinances on the docket for Duluth residents.

The majority of these new or revised ordinances cover the routine nature of city government, with the legal wording to fund the budget, levy taxes, and the like.  Some of the more notable ones talk about zoning, permits, parking, signage, and mobile food carts and vehicles.

If you're a follower of city government, none of these should be new to you as these ordinances were voted on in either November or December of 2014, with a January 2015 effective date.  However, it's important to make sure you're on the right side of the law.
