West Duluth Road Construction Project Starts Monday July 8th; Affects I-35 Ramps

Efforts to work on a culvert at Keene Creek will detour and delay traffic starting Monday July 8th in West Duluth.  Motorists on northbound Hwy 23/Grand Ave. between Raleigh Street and Central Avenue will encounter a detour and possible delays.

The I-35 ramps at Highway 25/Grand Avenue will also close.  Southbound Highway 3/Grand Avenue will remain open during the project.

Northbound Highway23/Grand Avenue motorists will be detoured on Raleigh Street and Central Avenue.

Access to and from Highway 23/Grand Avenue from I-35 will be at the Central Avenue interchange.

Crews are expected to finish the project by mid-August.
