One of the bands I discovered a couple of years ago and presented to people at Grandma's Big top for Grandma's Marathon last year was Hobo Nephews of Uncle Frank. They have put together film featuring footage and music from their new album.

A little bit about the band, Hobo Nephews of Uncle Frank's album Number One Contender was recorded live to tape over four wintry days and nights in the north woods of Minnesota.  Teague and Ian Alexy’s New Jersey roots squarely align them with the spirit of the big-hearted underdog. This, combined with the whisper of the wind through the pines, and the cadence of the open road, has lent the Alexy brothers a unique sound.

I love seeing the creative process and enjoy the music these guys are putting out. It's very good acoustic music. They make regular appearances around the area, click here and see their schedule.
