UWS Online Program Takes Honors From Accredited Schools Online; Superior’s University Ranked Number Three In The State

The Twin Ports is home to a handful of colleges and universities, giving many educational choices and opportunities.  The University of Wisconsin-Superior recently took home honors from a national online ranking organization that took a look at the online class options available to students.

According to AccreditedSchoolsOnline.org (ASO), the University of Wisconsin-Superior is the third-best public university in the state.

Each school in the state was evaluated and had to meet a certain amount of metrics in order to qualify for the review.  As a public institution  that offers at least a Bachelors degree, the school met the initial requirements.  In order to qualify for ranking in online universities, the school had to at least offer fully-online Bachelor's degree program.  UWS offers six:

• Communicating Arts
• Elementary Education
• Exercise Science
• Health and Wellness Management
• Interdisciplinary Studies/Individually Designed
• Sustainable Management

In addition, UWS also offers an online Master's Degree in Sustainable Management - a first in the entire nation.
