We all saw the scary video of the moment Bogdan Vechirko drove his tanker truck into a crowd of protestors on Interstate 35W in Minneapolis, that driver has now been released.

Thankfully no one was hurt in the incident (expect for Vechirko who was pulled from the truck and beat up) and at this point, Vechirko has not been charged with a crime at this time. In a statement released by the Hennepin County Attorney's Office, they say, "Investigators are in the process of gathering additional information and answers to aid in the charging decision."

A friend of the driver told the media that the act was unintentional and that he never meant for it to happen and he meant no harm.

Meanwhile, Vechirko's wife, who is pregnant, posted a video online asking for financial donations to help pay for legal expenses and other expenses stemming from the incident.

She says his wallet, phone, and other personal items were taken from him after he was pulled from the truck's cab after the incident.
