The tournament is on March 18th with two games on that Friday at 4 and 7:30 pm. Then the championship is on March 19th at 7:30.

The NCHC announced a pre-sale now through Wednesday, February 9 at 10 p.m. When you sign on to the Xcel Energy Center website use the password: NCHC and they will allow up to 8 tickets per session.

The general sales of the tickets start on February 10. The tournament is on March 18th with two games on that Friday at 4 and 7:30 pm. Then the championship is on March 19th at 7:30.

This year will be another exciting year with most of the teams from the NCHC in the top 20 in the nation. UMD at this time is rated 6th, according to the NCAA website, which should get them a good seed for the NCHC tourney, and if they do well enough should earn them points and the favor of making another NCAA tournament.

UMD has a tough schedule ahead, they head to St. Cloud State this Tuesday. Then, they have a weekend series at Denver. Then they have North Dakota Feb. 18 and 19 at home and then go back to St. Cloud State for a Tuesday game on Feb. 22. They will most likely move up in the ratings having come out of that on the winning side.

Be prepared that when you buy tickets you follow the Xcel Energy Center's COVID protocols. Right now that means wearing a mask, providing proof of vaccination status, and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Which is the same protocol for concerts at that venue.
