The NCHC Championship Trophy Will Be In Duluth For Hockey Day Minnesota

Hockey Day Minnesota showcases Minnesota Hockey in an outdoor setting and gets very exciting with some of the extra things that happen on that day. This year The NCHC Championship Cup will be on display at the Amsoil Arena.

The cup was in Duluth last year to show the different features and remind everyone of the Frozen Playoff Series that was coming to the Target Center. This year it will make an appearance again as part of the 10th year of the Hockey Day Minnesota Celebration.

It will be kind of like when the Stanley Cup came, inside the main concourse behind section101. Both Feb 5th and 6th the trophy will be displayed from 6pm until 5 minutes into the third period of each game. Also, like the Stanley Cup, you may have to wait in line, organizers say if you arrive a little before 6 each night you should be able to see it.
