Think of all the services that don’t exist anymore. Remember someone would clean your windshield and gas up your car for free. Now, IF it’s offered it’s costly. Making money has become far more important than giving good customer service. How about things we buy now or have to pay for that were free.

An 'unbundling' of services we could once take for granted (like access to our money or a gas-station fill-up) and newer markets for products like water and TV are costing customers.
