4th Grade National Park Passes Available
Students, families, and teachers of 4th graders - a reminder about a generous benefit that's both fun and educational: Children who are in the 4th grade (or home school equivalent) for the 2019-2020 school year need to know that those students are eligible for a free national park pass. The program is part of the Every Kid Outdoors initiative put on by the Federal Government.
One extra added element of the pass that not many know of is that it really works as a "family pass"; the 4th grade students gets free admission - as often as they want during the year - but it also admits all of their siblings who are 16 and younger, along with up to three adults.
The Every Kid Outdoors website offers an easy way to sign up. There's also a trip planning feature that allows you to plan your trip - exploring the national parks along the way. Click here to get started and get signed up.
