Wednesday's unhealthy air has wildfire smoke on the minds of Northlanders, with Grandma's Marathon only a couple days away.

The Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon sold out late last year and now, the full marathon has followed suit.

Grandma's Marathon organizers predict the race will fill up by the end of the week.

Grandma's Marathon announced registration will be open for the 22nd annual William A. Irvin 5K this Thursday, March 12th, beginning at 12:01 a.m. This year's field will be limited to the first 2,000, just like last year.
