Bernie Sanders campaign offends mid-westerners with his stylized map of the United States.

Not many people my age can say this but, "I have never been called for jury duty".  I have no idea how they contact you or what is expected, I haven't had that life experience yet.  That is why the latest scam makes me so nervous, I don't have anything to compare it to, so it would be harder for me to detect if it was false.

If you wear eyeglasses you'll need to take them off for your passport photo starting November 1. In an effort to reduce the large number of problems associated with identification concerns, the U.S. Department of State is changing regulations for the photos - requiring applicants to remove their corrective frames.

Here's a factoid that will make you say "what!":  More than 1.1-million people in the United States don't have a toilet in their homes.  Of the 50 states, Alaska garners the title as the state with the highest number of people who don't use a toilet;  12-percent of Alaskans utilize an outhouse when nature calls.

The Presidential Election of 2016 will probably be remembered for many things;  one of those elements will definitely be the fact that this election cycle features the largest number of Catholic candidates ever.  Out of all of the currently-announced candidates, seven of them have declared the Catholic faith as their religious affiliation.

My Brother in law moved from Great Britain to America and wanted to be a citizen of the United States so he had to take a naturalization test. He once asked me some of the questions and I was embarrassed that I didn't know some of them.
