I talked to Daryl this week and he has a great cat for cat lovers to adopt, and she's free, that's always the best price.

Julie is a cat, she also has some special needs. This usually means people aren't interested in her. She is a diabetic cat.

Our pet of the week this week is a dog with a lot of energy. He is a younger dog, so this might be a good dog for a family or active person.

I talked to Daryl from Animal Allies this morning and he mentioned the pet of the week was young and full of energy, but a lovey-dovey kind of dog. Blaze is the kind of dog to come in and meet being that he is so young, definitely a family dog though.

Scott is not a typical name for a cat, but Scott is different. All of his caregivers say he is a softy. That once you meet him you fall in love. Scott is looking for a loving home, and loving people to take care of him.

PK is only a year old. Great dog for an active family or household. Loves to be around people and loves to do some smoochin'.

Animal Allies wants to say thanks to those of you that came to their last event to adopt a pet. Daryl told me over 100 animals went home with someone and found a home. These animals will be great pets and companions for some northland families. There was a few that didn't go home with families. Zeke is one of them, he is a wiggler and wants a home

What a sad story. Whatever the case, when an animal is used to being with people and is trained, sometimes the owner passes, has to move, or can't care for a pet anymore. This is Herra's case. She loves to go for walks and has a great personality...

Daryl from Animal Allies talked about Pip this morning. Pip is only 3, but has energy and loves to check out the scenery. Daryl says somewhere with windows would be perfect because Pip loves sitting by the windows.

It's always hard to place a pet. It's even harder to place a pet with special needs. Our pet of the week is just that. Dogs are used a lot of the time to be the eyes for people. Dashi is blind, so this dog needs to use it's owners eyes and needs a little extra care. He loves freely and is happy, and is just looking for a home.

Meet Jessie, our audible. We talked with Daryl from Animal Allies, and before I could post the write up about the pet, she is gone. So, we decided to feature Jessie. Jessie is a happy independent dog who wiggles while she wags and loves to greet her friends.

You think you see a shadow in the corner. You look and you don't see anything, but there is a cat around your leg. You see a shadow again, this time it's on the kitty cam for Animal Allies. It's spooky! It's actually Inky, a cat that loves to follow you around and get into things.
