The Superior Taco Johns Location will be helping a local family hoping to adopt. On September 27th from 10am to 2pm, half of the sales will go to help the family.

According to a press release, sometimes adoption costs can go upward of $40,000. Sometimes when couples can't conceive, this is their only option. Such is the case of Shane and Joanna McCotter. They've been trying to have a child of their own and after three miscarriages, they realized adoption may be their most realistic option.

The expenses that can pile up when you try that option were unexpected. The McCotter’s attend Bayside Baptist Church, with Superior Taco John’s Manager Janel Smith. After hearing their story Smith was eager to get help their cause.

The staff will consist mostly of the Duluth/Superior Taco John’s management team. All will be volunteering.
