Singles In The City This Saturday At The Depot Features Cupid’s Cronies With Dating Advice

Had a great visit with April of Cupid's Cronies. We talked about how hard it is to be single in this time, and especially when you have divorced. Starting the game over, you would think you know what to do, you were married once, but it's not that easy.

We talked about what not to do, like talk about the last person you dated or were married to. Don't bring baggage to the new relationship. Forget about the past, this is a new venture, and be open to new things and new people.

Where do you meet singles? At events like Singles in the City (details below), maybe a sporting event, a craft class, or a charity walk. Go where there are other people and you will meet some. It's a great way to be on the same page, not on pressured speed dating night where you feel you have to go out with someone.

Something else April touched on, when you go to Cupid's Cronies, you should be able to describe yourself in three words, have some hobbies, and have a strong sense of self.
