Saint Louis County Land Sale Scheduled For February 12

A great deal could be waiting for the right bidder!  Thursday, February 12 marks the date of a land auction to return these tax forfeited parcels back to the general public.

The auction features nearly 30 properties from throughout the county, including empty lots and residential and commercial buildings. A catalog with photos, maps and details about each property, including the starting bid price, is available online to view or downloaded at stlouiscountymn.gov/land, or by calling (218) 726-2606. For convenience on the day of the auction, preregistration is encouraged but not required. Registration can be done online, or by filling out a form that is included in the catalog.  Some of these properties include formerly-blighted properties that have since been removed to make way for new development.

The auction will happen February 12, 10 AM at the Public Safety Building:  2030 North Arlington Avenue, Duluth.
