Ribbon Cutting Scheduled For ENDI Apartments – Duluth’s Newest Market-Rate Units

A solution to Duluth's housing shortage is coming full circle!  The official ribbon cutting for the ENDI Apartments will happen Tuesday, February 7 at 10:00 AM.  The general public is invited to come take part in the celebration with local government leaders, developers, and more.

Located at 2120 London Road, the ENDI Apartments represents a $38 million investment in Duluth's housing market.  The 148 unit market-rate rental apartments also offer 13,000 square feet of retail space, covered parking, and lots of so-called creature comforts.
