New HGTV Series Set To Rescue Homes In Minnesota
HGTV has greenlit six new shows for its 2022-2023 season and one of them includes a show about rescuing homes right here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.
This isn't Minnesota's first time on an HGTV show. Back in 2018 there was a show called 'Should I Stay Or Go' about:
Husband-and-wife duo Brad and Heather Fox own their own renovation business in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and together they renovate, design and flip homes in one of the hottest real estate markets in the country.
No word on if there will be another season, however Minnesota is getting another shot with a new TV show on HGTV. The new show will be called 'Renovation 911'. According to the site The Futon Critic, the show is about:
Emergency restoration experts and sisters, Kirsten Meehan and Lindsey Uselding, as they rescue homes in Minneapolis that have recently experienced unexpected and tragic property disasters. Kirsten and Lindsey will race to the scene to assess the damage, reassure the homeowners and develop a plan for a full restoration and renovation. With warmth, humor, empathy and a special expertise, the duo will help clients see past distress and create completely transformed dream homes that are better than before.
While I wish they went all over Minnesota and not just Minneapolis, it will still be cool to see our state represented on TV. The sisters are co-owners of Ungerman, a Plymouth-based construction and restoration company that specializes in rescuing fire, water, or storm damaged properties.
Other new HGTV series include:
- 'Revealed'
- ' Fix My Frankenhouse'
- 'Luxe for Less'
- 'Saving the Manor'
- 'Small Town Potential'
