Miller Hill Mall Sears and West Duluth Kmart Locations Listed As 'Available'

It's no secret to Twin Ports residents that Sears and Kmart (two stores both operated by Sears Holdings) have been altering their business strategy in the last few years. Duluth lost it's mall-area Kmart store and Superior just saw it's Kmart close earlier this year. Now it appears that the companies last two stores are also in for some changes.

Sears Holding's Real Estate division has listed the Miller Hill Mall Sears store and Sears Automotive Store as "available" on their website; they have also listed the West Duluth Kmart store with the same designation.

What will the future hold for these two major retailers in the Twin Ports?
