The Saint Fennessy 4K is scheduled for Saturday, March 17th in Hermantown.  Put on by Grandma's Marathon and the Young Athletes Foundation, will be the first race in the KP Challenge. Which includes the Fitgers 5k, and Park Point Five Miler

The race will begin at Hermantown High School and travel along Arrowhead and Lavaque Roads and finish near McKenzie’s Bar & Grill in Hermantown Square. A post-race party featuring a beer garden and live music will be held at the finish line. All finishers will receive a complimentary beverage, and a comemorative hat.
This is the first race in the 2018 KP Challenge. Participants commit to run 3 Grandma’s Marathon races, including the Saint Fennessy, Fitger’s 5K and Park Point 5-Miler. All net proceeds benefit the Young Athletes Foundation (YAF), a Grandma's Marathon program that focuses on the promotion and development of healthy and active lifestyles for youth.
The Saint Fennessy 4K was created in honor of longtime Grandma’s Marathon friend Don Fennessy, who passed away in 2011.
