Here’s Twin Ports Artists Performing Live On KOOL 101.7

Every Christmas Season I like to have local artists come in and perform on the air, it helps with a little PR and showcases their Talent.

This reminds me, go out and pick up a copy of "Christmas By The Lake 2019", it's all local musicians playing Christmas music. It benefits the Bluebird Foundation which gives scholarships to local kids wanting to perform and study the arts.

These are just a few of the musicians. I have had many, and have audio on them. These are some of the people who have come by and let me film them.

Aimee Tischer came in a few years ago and did a great Christmas song. You can connect with Amy on her facebook page. Aimee isn't really well known but I saw her on facebook after hearing her name quite a bit. I asked her to come in and here's what happened on the video below.

Sheila Wonders did a wonderful version of O Holy Night. You can find her on facebook as well. I discovered Sheila through Breanne Marie and checked her music out. She has a unique voice and did a bang-up job on the song.

Todd Eckart is a regular around the holidays, he does a holiday show and came in to talk and sing. Keep in mind all the chatter about shows has happened already. I wanted to feature this Christmas song. You can connect with Todd's December schedule and more about him on his facebook page.

Finally, I had to include these guys. Home Free Vocal Band, as they were known when they first came around. They were at CSS and I was able to have them come in and perform a few songs before the show. Now they are just HomeFree and have a wonderful new Christmas track out. They are on facebook too.
