Duluth’s “Can Of Worms” Intersection Continues Its Path Towards A Rebuild

Dallas has "The Zipper".  Boston has "The Big Dig".  Duluth has the "Can of Worms" intersection.  One of the iconic on/off-ramps in the Twin Ports continues its path towards a rebuild or replacement.

According to the Duluth News Tribune, officials with the Minnesota Department of Transportation are hopeful that the project will get the necessary funding when it's next-looked at by Federal legislators in November.
