Brandon Moe Raises Over $14,000 For Polar Plunge
The Polar Plunge got under way this morning with people jumping in cold Lake Superior. The weather was great and made it more fun to jump into the water. People showed up in costumes and jumped for their office and friends or just to get the free t-shirt. This year the top earner was again Brandon Moe, raising just over $14,000.
He pounded the competition with second place coming in at just over $2,000.
The whole day was played back on closed circuit tv at Grandma's Sports Grill. Prizes were handed out after the jump along with the 1st through 3rd place plagues.
