As you know I am a huge paranormal fan. So, I have decided to rate paranormal TV shows. There have been a few new ones this year, and there have been some new seasons of some good ones. Here's my top 5 of 2013.
First - an admission: I've never watched the show Breaking Bad. In fact, I wasn't even aware of its existence until after the final episode aired and friends of mine started talking about "Felina" around the office. The name instantly peaked my attention - as a life-long country music fan; I recognized the name Felina as the female character in the 1959 song "El Paso".
It's a growing trend. First it was at the airport - where travelers were subjected to watching the airlines in-house television network. Then, the proprietary channels started showing up at gas pumps, where drivers could get news updates and information on small screens that were built right into the pumps themselves. Now, it appears that the world's largest fast food restaurant is getting into the game as McDonalds gets ready to launch their own in-restaurant television network.
I've said for a long time now that Kelly Clarkson has talent. In a society where reality television too often awards contestants recording contracts when they shouldn't, Clarkson has been a refreshing breathe of fresh air - delivering on the promise
