There are a lot of pets wanting their buddy to come with them, for another week Daryl at Animal Allies is talking about a duo that need a forever home. Lucky and Tiger want to find a home that they can both thrive in and that want two cats to live in harmony.

Daryl called this week and had a heartbreaking story about these two dogs that came together and have been inseparable. They share toys and get along with other animals. Everyone at the shelter want to keep both of them, but that isn't possible.

We had a chit chat with Daryl from Animal Allies this morning and we are perfect still with getting pets into forever homes, and Coco is no different. We talked about her and she was taken within 2 hours. So, I'm going to talk about Bruce Wayne.

Animal Allies will be at Miller Hill Subaru for their "Love a Pet" promotion. There will be pets for adoption this Saturday 10a-5p and Sunday from 11am-2pm.The pets that are featured will be up for adoption at a discounted price and they come with free microchipping.

Daryl from Animal Allies said thank you to everyone this morning, talking about the animals is working and he is placing more pets than ever because of you. I talked to Daryl this morning and he reminded me that it's adopt a cat month. Every cat 1 year or older is only $25 bucks to take home. Unfortunately there are tragic stories each summer about pets and children left in vehicles on hot summer days. While there has been a growing awareness about these dangers when outdoor temperatures are hot, it is important to remember that even on cooler days that it can still get dangerously hot in a vehicle.
