Garage bands have been around since I was a kid. Nobody I knew in a garage band ever made it, but it was fun for them I'm sure. My friend "Dave the Rave" is a true garage band guru, in fact you may remember his show on Kool 101.7 a few years back. I talked to Dave just a couple weeks ago, and he's still going strong. Steven Van Zandt however reigns as the King of garage band music.
