After between 7 and 9 inches of rain fell in the Twin Ports, the waters are finally receding in many locations, leaving behind a mess. Homes, businesses, and roadways were damaged by the torrential rain, with less than 24 hours of rainfall leaving a need for months of repairs and recovery.
